FAQ Is there any way to order without using a credit card? Do you offer special prices for dealers/wholesalers? Do you drop ship straight from the manufacturer? Can I return model specific parts? Do you sell or distribute any of my information; email, phone number, etc? How can I tell if an item is in stock? Why does the arrival time for my backordered item continue to change? How do I find what model my motorcycle is? What is PayPal? When will my items be shipped from the time I made my purchase? Contact Information Is there any way to order without using a credit card? Sportbike-Xtremes.com as of now accepts Paypal (credit card can be used), check or money order. With check or money order we cannot ship your order until payment is received. Soon we will be able accommodate other forms of payment. [BACK TO TOP] Do you offer special prices for dealers/wholesalers? At this time Sportbike-Xtremes is strictly an online retailer. If you own a motorcycle store you are certainly welcome to order from us, however, the prices will be the same as the ones advertised online. [BACK TO TOP] Do you drop ship straight from the manufacturer? Yes some items we have in stock we ship directly. Others parts will have to drop ship from the manufacturer or warehouse directly to you. [BACK TO TOP] Can I return model specific parts? We do not accept any returns after 30 days and fully reserve the right to not accept any returns for reasons other than defective product or equipment. If you need to return a product, please contact the manufacturer directly if an item is damaged or not functioning no later than 2 weeks upon receiving. Some manufacturers may charge a re-stocking fee for returns of other reasons. Sportbike-Xtremes is a discount dealer that most all products drop ship from the manufacturer directly to you and we cannot reimburse you until our store is credited back from the manufacturer. Parts that have been installed (or damaged while attempting to install) and/or used in any manner will not be accepted for return. BE SURE THE PART YOU ORDER IS FOR YOUR SPECIFIC VEHICLE. No, Sportbike-Xtremes does not distribute any information that you provide. [BACK TO TOP] How can I tell if an item is in stock? By choosing the product and any options, granted the product is available and the shipping time can vary between 2-10 days. In Stock items will be ready for immediate shipment. Be aware that changing the shipping carrier to Express Air or Standard Air versus Ground will not alter the order processing time. Unfortunately the backorder dates are provided to us by the manufacturer of the product. When these dates change it is due to delays from the manufacturer to us. We will keep you as updated as possible on your order. [BACK TO TOP] How do I find what model my motorcycle is? Please check the exact year/make/model of your vehicle before placing a parts order. Look at your vehicle operator’s manual for specific vehicle information. You can often find model information on the steering head or frame on motorcycles. It is important that you provide a model number and not just a model name. Example - 1989 Honda Hurricane is technically a 1989 Honda CBR600F Hurricane. [BACK TO TOP] What is PayPal?
